Preparation of conceptual design documents including calculations, rough price estimating, PFDs and a general arrangement drawing for several mine water treatment options in order to manage arsenic in an open pit and surface runoff from the Pamour mine waste rock, by co-precipitation with ferric sulphate.
The best option identified in the study later formed the basis of a successful field of in-pit batch treatment of arsenic within the neighboring Night Hawk Lake Mine (NHLM) open pit.
